Welcome to The Luxury Ride. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and services. By accessing our website www.theluxuryride.in, making an enquiry, or booking a luxury car rental service, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use our services.
1. ABOUT THE LUXURY RIDE
The Luxury Ride provides premium chauffeur-driven luxury car rental services across India. We offer luxury cars for:
- Weddings & Events
- Corporate Travel
- Airport Transfers
- VIP Movement
- Local & Outstation Trips
All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation.
2. BOOKING CONFIRMATION
A booking is considered confirmed only after:
- Advance payment / token amount is received, and
- Booking confirmation is shared by The Luxury Ride via call/WhatsApp/SMS/email.
Enquiry submission does not guarantee vehicle availability until confirmed by our team.
3. ADVANCE PAYMENT / TOKEN AMOUNT
To confirm any luxury car booking, customers are required to pay a token/advance amount.
- The token amount varies depending on the vehicle category and booking type.
- The remaining payment must be cleared before or during the trip as per the agreed terms.
4. PAYMENT TERMS
We accept payments through:
- UPI
- Bank Transfer
- Online Payment Methods
- Cash (as per confirmation)
Customers are requested to complete payments on time to avoid cancellation or service delays.
5. VEHICLE USAGE RULES
The Luxury Ride provides chauffeur-driven luxury vehicles only. Customers must follow the usage guidelines below:
- The vehicle must be used only for the agreed route and duration.
- Any change in route, additional locations, or extra hours will be chargeable.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and respectful behavior inside the vehicle.
Smoking, alcohol misuse, illegal substances, and any unlawful activity are strictly prohibited.
6. MINIMUM RUNNING & BILLING POLICY
Luxury car rentals are charged based on package terms such as:
Local Booking
- Hourly basis / full-day packages
- Includes limited kilometers (as per package)
- Extra kilometers charged separately
Outstation Booking
- Charged on per km basis
- Minimum km running applies per day (example: 250km or 300km/day depending on vehicle)
Billing is calculated based on total kilometers or minimum running (whichever is higher).
7. EXTRA CHARGES
The following charges are not included unless specifically mentioned in your quotation:
- Toll Tax
- Parking Charges
- State Tax / Border Tax
- Driver Night Charges
- Permit Charges
- Additional Hours / Extra Kilometers
All extra charges will be payable by the customer.
8. DRIVER NIGHT CHARGES
Driver night charges apply if the trip requires the driver to stay overnight.
Driver night charges depend on vehicle category and city location. The final amount will be informed at the time of booking confirmation.
9. DELAY & EXTENDED BOOKING TIME
If the customer extends the booking duration beyond the agreed time:
- Additional hourly charges will apply
- Extra km charges may also apply
- The extension is subject to availability of the vehicle schedule
10. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing correct pickup and drop details
- Being on time at the pickup location
- Ensuring passenger safety and discipline
- Avoiding damage to vehicle interior/exterior
- Paying tolls, parking, and other charges as applicable
Any damage caused to the vehicle will be chargeable to the customer.
11. VEHICLE CONDITION & SAFETY
All vehicles are delivered in clean, premium, and well-maintained condition.
The Luxury Ride reserves the right to replace the vehicle in case of:
- Technical issues
- Maintenance requirements
- Unavoidable circumstances
In such cases, a similar category vehicle will be provided, subject to availability.
12. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation charges may apply based on the time of cancellation and booking type.
- Last-minute cancellations may result in token amount being non-refundable.
- Wedding and peak-season bookings may have stricter cancellation rules.

13. REFUND POLICY
Refunds are processed only as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Refund timelines depend on bank processing time.
- Token amount may be non-refundable in certain cases.
14. NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKINGS
The following bookings may be treated as non-refundable:
- Luxury wedding entry bookings
- Peak season bookings
- Special demand cars (Maybach / Rolls Royce etc.)
- Customized packages and confirmed event bookings
15. NO SELF-DRIVE POLICY
The Luxury Ride does not provide self-drive luxury cars.
All vehicles are chauffeur-driven only for customer safety, service standards, and brand quality.
16. SERVICE DENIAL RIGHTS
The Luxury Ride reserves the right to deny service without refund if:
- Customer misbehaves with driver/staff
- Customer is involved in illegal activities
- Customer refuses to follow basic safety rules
- Customer damages vehicle or causes risk to the vehicle/driver
- Payment is not cleared as per agreed terms
17. FORCE MAJEURE
The Luxury Ride is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Heavy rain/flood
- Road blockages
- Political unrest
- Vehicle breakdown
- Government restrictions
- Flight delays or cancellations
- Traffic conditions
In such cases, alternative solutions may be provided based on availability.
18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Luxury Ride will not be responsible for:
- Loss of personal belongings inside the vehicle
- Delays due to traffic, weather, or route restrictions
- Customer missing flights/events due to late arrival not caused by us
- Any indirect loss or damage
Customers are requested to check their belongings before leaving the vehicle.
19. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, images, logos, and website materials belong to The Luxury Ride. Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is prohibited.
20. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction as per applicable Indian legal procedures.
